ORDER POLICY

  1. This sale is open to P&G SG-based permanent full-time employees only. These stocks are for personal use only and reselling of products is strictly prohibited. Violation of this terms and conditions will be subject to disciplinary action
  2. Extension of this sale to any third parties/ agency / supplier or any non-employee of P&G is NOT allowed. Borrowing or sharing of purchase quotas between employees is NOT allowed.
  3. Each employee is allowed ONE order. Multiple SKUs are allowed for each order, with a maximum of 6pcs per SKU per order.
  4. Purchases are not accompanied by GWP/free goods unless indicated on the product page. Each order is capped at SGD 2,600 (after discount).
  5. Orders are fulfilled based on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be subject to the availability of stock, as indicated on the LUXASIA website at the time of sale.
  6. Closing of order date is on 17th April 2026, Friday, 11:59PM. Strictly NO DEADLINE EXTENSION.
  7. Payment mode: Visa / Master only. Orders will be charged directly to your credit card.
  8. The sale will be conducted via LUXASIA and all employees, by participating in this employee sales, agree to share their relevant personal information and data with LUXASIA and/or its affiliates, agents or subcontractors for the purposes of order processing, fulfilment and delivery. P&G will not be collecting any additional personal information from its employees for this employee sales.
  9. Once an order has been submitted, amendments and cancellations are prohibited. Please ensure that you review your order before proceeding with payment. Please ensure that you review your order before proceeding with payment and that you have input your official P&G Email ID.
  10. Free delivery will be provided for all orders to the address specified on the Order Payment Page. Please ensure that you review your address before confirming. Please use the unique code sent to your P&G email address for free shipping.
  11. Product packaging of items in this staff sale may differ from items sold over counter.
  12. All products are while stocks last. Availability of the checked-out stock upon re-ordering/re-purchasing cannot be assured in the event of order cancellation for non-compliance with terms and conditions or payment issues.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchased or I changed my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.

2. Can I return items purchased online at any SK-II counters in Singapore for a refund?

Unfortunately, all private sale online orders will not be eligible for exchange and return. Products purchased online and returned in store will not be entertained.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurs to the product(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at skiisgsale@luxasia.com with your order number, name and contact number, the image of damage and a short description.

Please allow us a minimum of 2 working days to respond to your email. In the meantime, please do not discard the item, it will need to be returned to enable a replacement if required. If the item to be replaced is out of stock, we would issue a partial or full refund back to the Visa/Master card used during purchase.

This does not apply to items in the Special Offers section on page 12 of the catalogue unless the product within the carton or packaging is damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
